CleaningServiceQuotes.com is a premium lead referral service that matches residential and commercial cleaning service providers with buyers throughout the U.S. For no charge to buyers, we'll have participating local cleaners contact them to provide quotes for the requested service. How does the Lead Referral Service on CleaningServiceQuotes work? Buyers fill out our online request-for-quote form specifying their cleaning requirements and submit their contact information to us. We then pass the sales lead to 3 qualified cleaning service providers (or more if requested by the buyer) in their geographic area. The companies will receive the lead via e-mail or fax enabling them to contact the prospect directly with their quote or to schedule a location walk-through. How long does it take for service providers to receive the leads? They get the full contact information of a hot sales prospect within a day after we receive them. How many service providers will receive each lead? Our leads are passed on to 3 cleaning companies initially and more at the buyer's request only. We limit the number of providers for each lead so our prospects are not overwhelmed with phone calls or e-mails. This also limits the competition for each company in winning the job. How do you determine which companies get the leads? 100% loyalty to participating companies on a first come first serve basis. When they sign up for the system, they are given a rank number that doesn’t change. So, if they are in the top 3 in an area and meet the criteria for the job, they are provided with the lead. We don’t remove providers unless they are delinquent with payment. Which service providers are signed up in my area? We have a privacy policy in place that protects the identity of every member cleaning company. We never reveal who is signed up in the system. When do I get charged for the leads I receive? Your credit card will be billed per lead. At the end of each month, you will receive a statement recapping all of your account details. All you have to do is fill out our vendor registration form, giving your company name, contact information, credit card number and account specifications. How long will it take for my account to be activated? You will be live immediately following the sign-up process.
